How Does the Government Require E-Transformation to Commercial Enterprises?
In e-transformation documents, the obligation is provided by the criteria set by the state. It was initially compulsory for companies with a turnover of more than a certain amount. Later, these documents were made compulsory for more businesses with changes made within the scope of electronic transformation. In this direction, less turnover companies have been involved in this transformation over time.
Today, companies with a turnover of more than 10 million üzerinde in sectors other than e-commerce are obliged to switch to e-invoice application. In other words, a company with gross sales revenue of 10 million ₺ or more before 2018 and today has switched to e-invoice application.
For e-commerce sites that sell products or services online, e-archives are mandatory for those with a turnover of more than 5 million. However, since e-archive is related to e-invoice, e-commerce enterprises with this turnover have to switch to e-invoice application together with e-archive.
For enterprises with an e-invoice obligation and a turnover of 25 million üzerinde or more, the transition to e-dispatch application is obligatory.
